Welcome to the city of Rose City. Our small town is defined by the strength of our residents and their willingness to overcome. Establised in 1973, the Original City Hall was flooded by Hurricane Ike in 2008. The land was built up and the Current City Hall was built. The new City Hall also flooded in 2017 during Hurricane Harvey. And again was rebuilt. Rose City has a long history of pride and determination.
